NOTICE OF MOORE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ COURT Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Moore County, Texas, will hold a Regular Meeting of said Court on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, Room 203, in the Moore County Courthouse, Dumas, Moore County, Texas, at which time they will consider the following: Call to Order Invocation: Judge Rhoades 1. Approval of Minutes of Regular meeting of April 26, 2010 and routine announcements 2. Discuss and take action on request from Blake Stringer to reimburse for collision damages on a county road 3. Discuss and take action on generator options for EOC 4. Discuss and approve donation of a 1996 Jeep and 1992 Jeep to the Citizen’s Corp Council 5. Approve request from Tax office to switch internet providers 6. Sign engagement letter with Keeney, Hembree and Co. to be outside auditor for Moore County 7. Update on County Road N 8. Road and Bridge matters 9. Discuss and take action to sealcoat Road I with volcanic stone at a cost of no more than $8,000.00 10. Discuss and take action on request for Road and Bridge to donate a truck to the City of Cactus 11. Accept road crossing permit for Valero – Road G 12. Accept road crossing permit for Conoco Phillips –Hooks road 13. Review Final Audit Report for runway project 14. Discuss and take action on asphalt project for the spray pad area at airport 15. Discuss and approve requesting bids for baling grass at the airport 16. Discuss and take action on use of Community building for fundraising 17. Update on Senior Citizen’s parking lot 18. Update on County trash issue 19. Approve LGS Offsite Storage and Disaster Recovery Solution for County Clerk, District Clerk, and County Attorney offices to be paid from County Records Management fund 20. Amend Budget 21. Approve temporary cash investments 22. Examine and approve all accounts 23. Executive Session Real Property The Commissioners’ Court may recess and reconvene in Executive Session according to Government Code, 551.072. To vote or otherwise dispose of the contents of the Executive Session, the Court will convene in Open Session. 24. Discuss and take action on purchase /sale/exchange of real property and approve contract with Happy State Bank 25. Adjourn Executed this 6th day of May, 2010.
